Reverse description The entire reverse is occupied by a finely detailed letterpress vignette of a historic two-arched stone bridge over the Orla river, flanked by half-timbered houses and mature trees rendered in an expressive woodcut-like style on pink paper. Waterfowl are visible on the river surface below the bridge, and a small shield cartouche appears on the central bridge parapet. A decorative scrollwork border frames the composition, and a caption in Gothic blackletter script runs along the lower margin.
Reverse lettering Alte Orlabrücke aus dem 16. Jahrhundert
Signature(s) Hennigs (Gemeinde-Vorstand) and Eichtsmeyer (Gemeinderats-Vorsitzender)
