A central diamond-shaped cartouche encloses the large numeral '25' with the abbreviation 'Pf' below, flanked on the left by the date 'Landeck i. Schlef. 11. März 1921' and on the right by the issuing authority inscription 'Der Magistrat' with two manuscript facsimile signatures beneath. The legend 'Stadt Landeck in Schlesien' appears at the upper left, a serial number at the upper right, and a two-column validity clause in Fraktur script occupies the lower portion. |

The neoclassical domed building is set amid trees and approached by a balustraded walkway, with the denomination numeral '25' placed in the lower right corner. A bold orange panel at the foot bears the inscription 'Marienbad in Bad Landeck in Schlesien' in Fraktur lettering, and the printer's imprint 'L. Schirmer, Glatz.' appears in small type below the vignette. |
