| Obverse description | The face is printed in black on a cream ground with an orange floral guilloche underprint and a scalloped border. A central diamond-shaped cartouche encloses the large numeral '25' with the abbreviation 'Pf' below, flanked on the left by the date 'Landeck i. Schlef. 11. März 1921' and on the right by the issuing authority inscription 'Der Magistrat' with two manuscript facsimile signatures beneath.
