| Obverse description | Notgeld issued in red and gold on cream paper, with a decorative border of dot-and-line motifs enclosing an elaborate acanthus scroll underprint in gold and red. At centre, a vignette of the city gate tower of Zülz rendered in red and white, flanked by the denomination '25 Pf.' in large blackletter script on either side. The upper field carries a three-line commemorative text in Gothic script, and the lower portion bears the issue date '21. März 1921', a manuscript signature for der Magistrat, and a serial number. |
