Obverse description The upper portion carries two circular vignettes flanking a central letterpress illustration of the Goch Rathaus (town hall), with the denomination numeral '25' in the left medallion surrounded by the legend 'Pfennig' repeated in a guilloche ring, and the municipal seal of Goch in the right medallion bearing the legend 'Gorhen Sigillum Civitatis'. A lower text panel on a lightly patterned underprint states the redemption conditions, with 'Serie B' above a red serial number, dated 'Goch, d. 1.6.1921', and bearing the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister at right.
