The dual-printer credit — Kunstanstalt H. F. Jütte handling the artistic production in Leipzig, with H. Schiebel of nearby Bitterfeld involved in a secondary capacity — suggests a split between plate preparation and local overprinting or finishing, an arrangement not uncommon for smaller municipalities working with limited procurement budgets.
Jütte was a reputable Leipzig commercial art press responsible for a number of regional Notgeld issues from this period.
