The denomination 'Fünfundzwanzig Pfg.' is rendered in large Gothic script dominating the upper half, with the numeral '25' at upper right; validity inscription 'Gültig bis 30. Juni 1922' appears at left, and the facsimile signature of the Landrat with the legend 'Der Vorsitzende d. Kreisausschusses des Kreises Randow' occupies the lower left, alongside a printed serial number at lower right. |

The header reads 'Randow Lied V. 1' above 'Prov. Pommern', and a five-line verse in Gothic script occupies the lower portion of the note. The designer's name 'H.
