| Beschrijving voorzijde | Printed in blue-violet on grey-green paper, the obverse carries an arched inscription along the top border reading NOTGELD DER GEMEINDE, with a bold vignette at centre of a skier in a crouched racing position. The denomination 25 PFENNIG appears in large stylised numerals at both lower left and lower right of the vignette. The issuer abbreviation NEUHAUS·A·RWG is set in large block lettering along the lower margin. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Printed in blue and olive-green on pale paper, the reverse presents a decorative border of geometric and foliate ornamental motifs in blue, with the denomination repeated in the corners as 25 and PFG. A central oval panel formed by a dotted guilloche frame contains the town name NEUHAUS in large pale-green underprint lettering, above the authority inscription DER GEMEINDEVORSTAND and a manuscript facsimile signature. A small municipal arms vignette is placed at the top of the panel, and a date inscription MÄRZ 1921 appears in the underprint. NOTGELD is inscribed in bold block letters across the top. |
