The central panel bears the issuing authority 'Stadt Ottmachau' in Gothic blackletter at the top, the denomination 'Fünfundzwanzig Pf.' in ornate script as an underprint, the validity clause in Gothic text, the place and date 'Ottmachau i. Schles., 2 Jan. 1921', the inscription 'Der Magistrat:' followed by two facsimile signatures, and the printer's imprint 'Flemming-Wiskott A.G. Glogau' at the base.
