Obverse description The note is divided into three vertical panels in blue and olive tones. The left panel contains a vignette of a medieval armored knight standing astride a fortified tower gateway, with the denomination '25 Pf.' on a scroll below. The central panel bears the issuing authority 'Stadt Ottmachau' in Gothic blackletter at the top, the denomination 'Fünfundzwanzig Pf.' in ornate script as an underprint, the validity clause in Gothic text, the place and date 'Ottmachau i. Schles., 2 Jan. 1921', the inscription 'Der Magistrat:' followed by two facsimile signatures, and the printer's imprint 'Flemming-Wiskott A.G. Glogau' at the base. The right panel presents a vignette of a bishop in full ecclesiastical vestments holding a crozier, with '25 Pf.' on a scroll below.
