| Obverse description | The note is framed by a red and gold decorative border with ornamental corner pieces. A central oval vignette enclosed in elaborate acanthus scrollwork displays the city arms of Kreuzburg — a crenellated red-brick fortress tower surmounted by a cross — beneath a crown. Validity text is set in two Gothic-script panels flanking the central vignette, with the denomination '25 Pf' in large red numerals at lower left and right; the issue date 'Kreuzburg O/S, den 18. Oktober 1921' and the magistrate's manuscript signature appear at the foot. |
