Two vertical lateral panels carry stanzas in Low German dialect (Plattdeutsch), interspersed with decorative bird motifs. |

A central cartouche contains the text recording the note's expiry date of 31 December 1921, flanked by decorative leaf sprigs, above the manuscript signatures of the Amtsausschuß and Amtsvorsteher. A red serial number appears at lower centre, with the printer's imprint 'Konrad Hanf, Hamburg 8.' in small type at the foot. |
