| Obverse description | Printed in black on yellow-ochre paper, the obverse centres on a woodcut-style vignette of a traditional thatched half-timbered farmhouse with open barn doors and farm implements in the foreground. Corner numerals '25' with 'PF' abbreviations mark the denomination, while the inscription 'Notgeld der Gemeinde' runs along the upper border and 'Klein=Nordende=Lieth' along the lower. Two vertical lateral panels carry stanzas in Low German dialect (Plattdeutsch), interspersed with decorative bird motifs. |

A central cartouche contains the text recording the note's expiry date of 31 December 1921, flanked by decorative leaf sprigs, above the manuscript signatures of the Amtsausschuß and Amtsvorsteher.
