The municipal arms of Glashütte — a heraldic shield with crossed hammer and pick above a clockface — appears at upper centre alongside the bold Gothic denomination "25 Pfg.", with a four-line authorisation text naming the Stadt-Girokasse Glashütte (Sa.) and a date of 1. August 1921 below. A red six-digit serial number appears to the right, while a blind-embossed municipal seal and the manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister are placed at lower left.
