The municipal coat of arms of Zörbig appears at center, flanked by the denomination and issuing authority inscriptions. The overall layout is typical of German Notgeld letterpress production of the early 1920s.

背面描述	Printed in dark green, brown, and black on a cream-yellow ground, enclosed within a bold decorative Art Nouveau border of interlocking geometric and foliate motifs in dark green and black. The upper half carries two text panels in Gothic script flanking a central portrait vignette of writer Reinhold Schmidt, rendered in fine line engraving. The lower half presents a panoramic townscape of Zörbig with church towers and rooftops executed in clean outline style.
背面铭文	Schriftsteller Reinhold Schmidt † 1.10.1906 Besonderen Dank hat er sich durch die auf wissenschaftlicher Grundlage u. eingeh. Quellenstudium beruhende Ausarbeitung u. Herausgabe d. Geschichte u. Beschreibung d. Stadt Zörbig erworben. Dies in uneigennützigster Weise geschaffene Lebenswerk wird ein bleibendes Denkmal seiner Persönlichkeit sein.
