| Obverse description | Violet letterpress on cream paper within a decorative guilloche border with the denomination numeral 25 repeated in each corner. At upper centre, the heading reads 'Universitätsstadt Jena' in Gothic script, below which 'Gutschein über' and the large bold denomination '25 Pf.' appear.
