A central cartouche in a decorative cloud-shaped frame carries the voucher text, flanked by arabesque pen-work borders, with two facsimile signatures below the text and the denomination numeral "25" printed in bold at both lower corners. A small heraldic device appears at the bottom centre between the two numerals.

背面描述	The reverse presents a bust-length portrait vignette of the historian Leopold von Ranke, born in Wiehe, encircled by a wreath of roses with the legend "LEOPOLD V. RANKE · GEB. Two heraldic shields flank the central portrait on the left and right, each set within geometric ornamental panels, with the denomination "25" and the inscription "PFENNIG" placed above them at the outer corners.
