Reverse description The reverse is simply composed on plain paper with a fine dot-pattern ground. At left, a circular embossed or blind-stamped official seal of the Stadt Quedlinburg carries a central eagle motif surrounded by a circular legend; below the seal the issuer name 'Stadt Quedlinburg' is printed in Fraktur. To the right, the numeral '25' in bold Gothic type is enclosed within a decorative chain-link cartouche, with the word 'Pfennig' set beneath it. The outer border repeats the dashed frame used on the obverse.
