| Obverse description | Orange and black Notgeld note with an ornate dark border incorporating decorative corner pieces and a guilloche underprint. At centre, the municipal coat of arms of Neidenburg — a shield bearing a standing figure of a wild man — is flanked by two oval denomination cartouches each reading '25 PFENNIG'. Below the vignette, a multi-line German text commemorates the plebiscite of 11 July 1920, with the issue date 'den 22. September 1920', a serial number, and a manuscript signature above the legend 'Der Magistrat'.
