A lightly printed underprint of livestock and animal motifs fills the background field, while a serial number box and a validity clause in Gothic script appear in the lower half, above four manuscript facsimile signatures for Der Magistrat and Das Stadtv.-Kollegium.

Feddersen of Flensburg, of a standing woman in traditional North Frisian dress viewed in three-quarter profile, carrying a long implement over her shoulder, set against the waterfront silhouette of Husum with church spires visible across the water under an orange sky. The denomination '25' and abbreviation 'Pf' flank the central vignette in large bold numerals, while a continuous Gothic-script inscription in the decorative border runs along all four sides of the note.
