The town name NEIDENBURG, O./PR. appears in a black banner at the top, flanked by guilloche rosette corner ornaments. The city coat of arms — a shield bearing a standing male figure holding a sword and a branch amid trees — is centered at the top between two white oval cartouches each bearing the denomination numeral 25, with PFENNIG printed beneath each. The lower portion carries a four-line German text commemorating the plebiscite of 11 July 1920, dated Neidenburg, O./Pr., den 22.
