A red-orange vignette of the Pomeranian griffin — a heraldic beast with spread wings and raised claws — is printed centrally as an underprint behind the value inscription. Below, a two-line text in Gothic lettering states the issuing authority and place of issue dated 7 November 1919, with two manuscript signatures of municipal officials beneath the legend "Der Magistrat." |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Printed entirely in teal-green, the reverse carries two architectural vignettes flanking a central denomination roundel: at left, a tall Gothic gate tower with an arched passageway, and at right, a stout round defensive tower, both rendered in fine letterpress line work evoking the medieval townscape of Greifenberg. The central roundel bears the numeral "25" above the abbreviation "Pfg" within a dotted guilloche circle, surmounted by the inscription "Eine viertel Mark" in Gothic script. A validity clause and serial number are printed below the roundel, with "25 Pfg." repeated in the lower corners, all within a decorative foliate border. |
