To the left, a large ornate numeral '25' rendered in an elaborate Jugendstil scroll design occupies nearly half the face, while to the right a text block in Fraktur script sets out the validity conditions, place of issue (Zittau, den 1. Januar 1919), and the issuing authorities. A serial number with prefix letter appears at lower left, flanked by two manuscript facsimile signatures at lower right. |
