A central cartouche, ornamented with rococo scrollwork, contains the municipal coat of arms of Glatz — a rampant lion on a shield — surmounted by elaborate foliate cresting; the denomination numeral '25' appears in large script at both left and right within the cartouche surround. Below the arms, a cursive facsimile signature block reads 'Der Magistrat' followed by a handwritten-style signature. The validity clause is set in Gothic script along the lower margin. |
