Beschrijving voorzijde	Horizontal note with the bank title "El Banco de Guatemala" in ornate script across the top. The central vignette consists of a large oval cartouche enclosing a standing bird (quetzal) perched on an anchor, flanked symmetrically by two steam locomotives in landscape vignettes, all set within an elaborate guilloche border. The lower portion carries the date line "Guatemala, Marzo 14 de 1910," denomination panel reading "VEINTICINCO PESOS" in bold letterpress, three manuscript signatures, and two small female portrait medallions at the lower left and right corners.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is printed in a uniform olive-green tone and consists entirely of dense lathe-work guilloche ornamentation arranged in a symmetrical scrollwork framework. The denomination numeral "25" appears at the left and right margins, while the central cartouche carries the inscription "Veinticinco Pesos" in large script, with the bank name "EL BANCO DE" arching across the top and "GUATEMALA" along the lower arc, all surrounded by elaborate interlocking rosette and engine-turned patterns.
