Reverse description Central motif consists of a khukuri (curved dagger) set against a background of three hills, all enclosed within a beaded circle. To the left and right of the circle, three interlocking rings are prominently displayed. A Devanagari legend arcs across the upper field above the central circle, and traditional Nepalese symbols appear in the lower portion below the circle. The overall design reflects the royal iconography of the Kingdom of Nepal during the reign of King Tribhuvana Bir Bikram.
