Obverse description The obverse is printed in green on plain paper and carries the Danish royal coat of arms as a vignette at the top centre. Below, the denomination is stated in full in large letterpress text, followed by a multi-line Danish text indicating the note is redeemable by the municipal treasury in current Danish coin from one month after reunification until 1 February 1921. The date of issue, DYBBØL DEN 18. APRIL 1920, and the signature of the Kommuneforstander (municipal administrator) appear in the centre, with a circular stamp bearing '25 ØRE' below, and a serial number in a framed panel at the foot.
