Descrizione del dritto	At centre, an oval vignette contains a standing armed resistance fighter flanked by a burning house with ruins at left and a group of seated farmers at right, rendered in dark intaglio-style print. The large denomination numeral '25' appears in both left and right margins, while a bold guilloche band above the vignette bears the Greek legend 'ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗ ΕΘΝΙΚΗΣ ΑΠΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΩΣΕΩΣ' and below it 'ΕΘΝΙΚΟ ΟΜΟΛΟΓΟ ΑΠΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΩΤΙΚΟΥ ΑΓΩΝΑ'. Two manuscript signatures and a date inscription appear at lower centre, with the printer's imprint 'ΕΚΤΥΠΩΣΗ ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΑΣ' running along the bottom margin.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is occupied by a full text panel in Greek script enclosed within a decorative border of repeated small rectangular vignettes and olive branch motifs. The panel is headed by the inscriptions 'ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗ ΕΘΝΙΚΗΣ ΑΠΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΩΣΕΩΣ' and 'ΕΘΝΙΚΟ ΟΜΟΛΟΓΟ ΑΠΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΩΤΙΚΟΥ ΑΓΩΝΑ', followed by the bond redemption terms in a block of smaller letterpress text. The denomination numeral '25' is set in a dark panel at lower centre, and a serial number with letter prefix is printed in the upper right corner.
