Obverse description Central field displays the large numeral '25' in bold relief, below which appears the denomination in Hebrew ('מיל') and Arabic ('ملا') script arranged horizontally. The Hebrew date תש'ח (5708 / 1948) is inscribed in the lower field beneath the denomination legends. The entire central design is framed by a decorative wreath of stylised olive or grain branches, composed of elongated leaves and small roundels, encircling the field and lending the design a distinctly Near Eastern character. The overall composition is uniface in nature, this piece being an obverse trial striking with a plain, unstruck reverse.

Reverse description The reverse is entirely blank and unworked, presenting a plain, flat aluminium surface consistent with a uniface trial striking. The field shows no design, legend, or mintmark of any kind, confirming this piece was struck solely to evaluate the obverse die. Light surface marks and die contact lines are visible across the plain field.
