Flanking the central vignette are large ornamental '25' numerals set within decorative green roundels. Eight interlacing ribbon banners arranged diagonally across the entire field carry verses of a patriotic Westphalian poem in Gothic script, forming a highly decorative surround. The printer's imprint 'West-Werbe-Dienst-Dortmund' appears in small type at the foot centre. |
