| 备注 |
Bradbury Wilkinson printed this series across a span of seven years, but the issuance window masks a more compressed reality — the 25 Krónur denomination was already becoming awkward by the late 1960s as Icelandic inflation steadily eroded its purchasing power. The Central Bank was established only in 1961, and these early Seðlabanki issues represent the first generation of notes issued entirely under its authority, distinct from the earlier Landsbanki Íslands monopoly on currency.
Bradbury Wilkinson's New Malden facility was the dominant supplier for smaller northern European states throughout the postwar decades, and the watermark security on this note reflects their standard specification for lower-denomination issues of the period.
