Obverse description Intaglio bust of Jan Žižka, the Hussite military commander, in right profile occupies the right portion of the note, rendered in fine engraved detail with a bandage over one eye and period attire. To the left, a large numeral '25' underprint in blue anchors the denomination alongside a central vignette of Hussite battle standards and a heraldic device. Bilingual denominations in Czech and Slovak — 'DVACET PĚT KORUN ČESKOSLOVENSKÝCH' and 'DVADSAŤ PÄŤ KORÚN ČESKOSLOVENSKÝCH' — are inscribed across the centre, with the year '1958' below.

Reverse description A detailed intaglio and letterpress vignette of the historic town square of Tábor fills the face of the reverse, centred on the Gothic town hall with its distinctive clock tower and ornate gabled façade. Surrounding burgher houses, a fountain, and a memorial column are rendered in fine line engraving, with a pale multicolour underprint of clouds and sky lending depth to the composition. The inscription 'TÁBOR' appears at upper centre, with the designers' names along the lower margin.
