| Obverse description | Notgeld voucher printed in red and black on pale paper, with a chain-link ornamental border framing the entire note. The title inscription "Gutschein der Stadt Eferding" appears in bold Gothic blackletter across the top. At centre, the municipal coat of arms of Eferding — a red crenellated tower over an arched gateway — is surmounted by a wild man (Wilder Mann) figure holding a scroll, serving as the heraldic supporter. The denomination "25 Heller" is expressed twice in large numerals within red diamond-shaped panels at left and right, with the redemption and liability text in Gothic script filling the remaining field, and the facsimile signature of Bürgermeister Franz Vogl at lower right. |
