Czechoslovakia's interwar coinage program involved extensive trial striking before designs were committed to circulation, and the 25 haléřů denomination saw particular experimentation during the early 1930s as the state mint at Kremnica worked through alloy and die combinations. Most trial pieces from this program were retained in official collections or destroyed — survivors in private hands are uncommon by any measure.
