Beschrijving voorzijde	Red and pink on multicolour underprint. A vignette of a flamingo in flight occupies the centre of the note, rendered in fine intaglio line work against a background of concentric guilloche patterns in pink and ochre tones. The denomination '25' appears in large numerals at upper right, with the vertical inscription 'vijf en twintig gulden' in bold lettering along the left margin; the bank title 'bank van de nederlandse antillen' is printed across the upper portion, and the word 'flamingo' appears below the central vignette alongside the 'sekretaris' and 'president' signature titles with two manuscript signatures at lower right.
