The reverse is divided into quadrant-style panels of contrasting finishes, with the Aruban national coat of arms at center-left, featuring a quartered shield surmounted by a lion passant and flanked by laurel branches. To the right, the inscription ARUBA / Status Aparte appears in mixed roman and italic script. The denomination 25 florin is inscribed at upper left, while the commemorative dates 1986 and 2001 appear at the lower portion, marking the 15th anniversary of Aruba's Status Aparte. Mint marks appear in the lower field below the date. |
