| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Leopold I facing right, with long flowing hair and a prominent chin, rendered in high relief in the baroque manner. The emperor wears richly detailed armour with ornate pauldrons and a lace cravat visible at the collar. A laurel wreath adorns his head, tied with a ribbon at the nape. The bust occupies the full field within a beaded inner border. The surrounding legend reads LEOPOLDVS·D·G·ROM·IMP·SEMP·AVG·GER·HVN·BOH·REX, interrupted by a small decorative rosette at the top. |
