| Obverse description | The full Jamaican coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield charged with five golden pineapples, supported on the dexter by a female Taino figure and on the sinister by a male Taino warrior bearing a spear. Above the shield rises a helm with mantling surmounted by a crocodile passant atop a royal crown. A scroll beneath the shield bears the national motto. The legend 'JAMAICA' arcs along the upper rim, while 'TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS' curves along the lower rim. The mintmark 'CHI' appears in the lower left field. |
