Obverse description The Liberian national coat of arms is depicted at centre, featuring a shield bearing a sailing ship on calm waters beneath a palm tree, with a rising sun and a dove in flight above, enclosed by a decorative cartouche with the motto legend arching across the top. Ornate scrollwork and guilloché-style patterns fill the rectangular field. The denomination '25 DOLLARS' appears in raised numerals and lettering along the upper edge, while the date '2025' is prominently displayed in large numerals along the lower edge. The legend 'THE LOVE OF LIBERTY BROUGHT US HERE' appears on a scroll within the arms, and 'REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA' is inscribed on a banner below the shield.

Reverse description A full-colour reproduction of Francisco Goya's celebrated oil painting 'La Maja Desnuda' (The Naked Maja, c. 1797–1800) occupies the entirety of the rectangular reverse field. The composition faithfully renders the reclining female nude figure lying on a green velvet daybed, her arms raised behind her head and her gaze directed directly at the viewer, set against a warm ochre background with white silk cushions and drapery. The colour application employs fine polychrome printing to capture the subtle flesh tones, textile textures, and tonal depth of Goya's original Romantic-era masterpiece, currently held in the Museo del Prado, Madrid. A decorative gilt scrollwork border frames the colourised central scene on all four sides.
