Hutt River Province — the self-declared micronation established by Leonard Casley in Western Australia in 1970 after a dispute with the state government over wheat production quotas — issued a remarkable volume of numismatic curiosities through the late 1980s and early 1990s, most aimed squarely at the thematic collector market.
