Niue has functioned as a reliable licensing vehicle for novelty bullion since the early 2000s, issuing coins on behalf of outside minting houses — primarily Polish mint Mennica Polska — while contributing little beyond its sovereign name. This piece is one of hundreds in that arrangement.
