| Obverse description | The crowned Public Seal of Niue depicted centrally in the upper field, featuring a traditional Niuean plant motif within a circular medallion, flanked by decorative foliate elements and surmounted by a royal crown. Two crossed ceremonial paddles appear beneath the seal, with the legend ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI on a scroll below. The date 2020 appears in the lower central field, beneath which an incuse outline map of Czechoslovakia occupies the lower half of the coin.
