| Obverse description | Fourth portrait effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, crowned and wearing drop earrings, modelled by Ian Rank-Broadley whose initials IRB appear below the truncation. The legend ELIZABETH II and AUSTRALIA arcs around the upper field, separated by small circular stops, while the denomination 25 DOLLARS is inscribed along the lower periphery. A fine beaded border frames the entire design within the raised rim. |
