| Obverse description | Unadorned right-facing effigy of King Charles III occupies the central field, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and facial features; the engraver's initials JC appear below the truncation. The legend CHARLES III is inscribed vertically along the left border, while NIUE arcs across the upper field and 25 DOLLARS descends along the right border. The date 2024 is inscribed at the base of the coin, flanked by four small pellets. A continuous beaded border and an inner toothed rim frame the entire design. |

| Reverse description | A golden eagle is depicted in dynamic, high-relief sculpture, wings fully spread as it descends with talons extended toward a stylised rocky mountain peak — an allusion to the Tatra Mountains of Slovakia. The bird's plumage is rendered with exceptional detail, conveying power and movement. The word SLOVAKIA is inscribed in large individual letters arcing around the upper periphery of the field. In the lower exergue, the inscription 1/2 oz . Au 999.9 records the coin's weight and fineness. The Czech Mint mark (CM) appears to the lower left of the central motif and the designer's initials mh to the lower right. |
