A 0.062g platinum coin is fractional to the point of near-irrelevance as a bullion instrument — this is squarely a novelty issue from Liberia, which has no historical connection to Waterloo whatsoever and has produced hundreds of such licensed commemoratives for the collector market since the 1990s.
