备注

Dar As-Sikkah — Bank Al-Maghrib's in-house printing facility in Rabat — is one of relatively few central bank–owned currency printers on the African continent, and this commemorative 25 Dirham note was issued specifically to mark its 25th year of operation. The choice of Landqart's Durasafe® substrate, a paper-polymer hybrid offering the tactile familiarity of cotton-fibre banknote paper alongside enhanced durability and counterfeit resistance, was a deliberate technical showcase — fitting for a note whose entire purpose is to advertise the issuing printer's capabilities.

Commemorative dirhams of this type circulate at face value but are almost invariably retained by collectors, meaning genuinely circulated examples are unusual.
