Beschrijving voorzijde	The national emblem of Kuwait is displayed prominently at the top of the obverse, comprising the state shield superimposed on a falcon (Hawk of Quraish) with wings displayed, the falcon supporting a circular disk bearing the image of a boom-type dhow sailing vessel. The full Arabic name of the state encircles the upper portion of the disk. The central field presents a commemorative composition marking the advent of the twenty-first century, incorporating symbolic modern elements including a laptop computer, a globe, a satellite dish, a street scene, and stars, rendered in a detailed relief style. The denomination and occasion inscriptions appear in both Arabic and English.
