Obverse description The obverse features a large ornate interlaced monogram occupying most of the field, composed of two or three decorative letters with dotted and scrolled detailing. The design is surrounded by a beaded border near the rim. The exact letter combination is difficult to resolve with certainty but appears to include the letters B, C, and E in a cipher arrangement.
