Visible elements include engraved guilloche work, a large circular vignette containing an allegorical or pastoral scene with animals, bold letterpress legends including 'THE' and partial text reading 'INCORPORATED' and 'STOCKHOLDERS', and a printer's imprint reading 'Danforth, Wright & Co.
