Obverse description Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, rendered in the fourth definitive portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley. The truncation bears the engraver's initials IRB. The peripheral legend reads ELIZABETH II to the upper left and BERMUDA to the upper right, with the date 2014 appearing at the base of the field.

Reverse description A naturalistically rendered Bermuda whistling frog (Eleutherodactylus johnstonei) depicted in right profile, occupying the central field within a raised inner circle. Decorative floral elements, consistent with the Bermudian Easter lily motif, appear in the background above and flanking the frog. Small ornamental star devices punctuate the field to either side. The denomination legend 25 CENTS is inscribed along the upper right portion of the inner border.
